Photography and culinary art are parallel roads I have traveled since I was a young child. During my culinary career I was fortunate to travel extensively all over the world and work for many great properties such as Hilton International Hotel and Hilton Domestic, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Frantel Hotels, Canadian Pacific Hotels - Caribbean Division, as well as for several well-known artists and world dignitaries. I will always treasure the memories of the majestic beauty of this land and am grateful for the opportunities to learn about local culinary specialties and explore new and varied photographic projects.

Today, I battle with the new age of Digital Photography. I began studying this field several years ago when each week new and more sophisticated equipment quickly outdated every camera purchased. Shooting fast action was hit or miss, and often it was chance that captured the subject with my camera. I have been very enthusiastic about the concept despite many frustrating moments. There is a long way to go, but the prospects and possibilities are very exciting.

For many years, I have been studying and working hard to update my equipment and my technical computer knowledge. With the integration of a sophisticated computerized program, I have been able to create images that combine painting and photography. It is wonderful to be able to achieve so much, with so much power, and have the ability to experiment and expand my own visions. Being a nature lover and having an appreciation of the beauty of wildlife has helped me develop my first series in this arena.
